Cancellation Policy
Canceling Your Subscription
TrunkFlow AI subscriptions are month to month with no long term contract. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee via account settings or by emailing trunkflowai@gmail.com from your registered account.
Effective Date and Access Period
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Your account and all features remain fully accessible through the end of the paid period.
Refund Eligibility
No partial month refunds are issued for mid cycle cancellations. If you cancel within 5 business days of initial signup with minimal usage, contact trunkflowai@gmail.com to request a refund review.
Disputed Charges and Billing Errors
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact trunkflowai@gmail.com within 30 days of the transaction date with your account email and a description of the issue. We will review and resolve within 3 business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated through your card issuer under the Truth in Lending Act.
Data Export After Cancellation
For 30 days following cancellation, you may export all clinical data from the app or by contacting trunkflowai@gmail.com. After 30 days, data is securely deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Reactivation
You may reactivate your subscription within the 30 day data retention window by contacting our support team. Reactivation restores full access and resumes billing.
Agency and Provider Accounts
Agency administrators may remove individual provider seats at any time. Individual providers may request removal from an agency account by contacting the administrator or trunkflowai@gmail.com.
